📋 Concept Rules
🕙Ultra All Inclusive hours: 10:00 – 02:00. After 02:00 beverages are charged and served only at Seaport Beach Bar.
🥃All drinks are served in glasses. No bottle service.
🪬Service is not provided to guests without a hotel bracelet.
🔞Guests under 18 are not served alcoholic beverages.
🚫The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
🍱For hygienic reasons, bringing food and drinks into rooms is forbidden.
🏨 Hotel Rules
🤒• Guests with an infectious disease or suspected infectious disease will be isolated in the hospital or hotel room. They are not allowed to use hotel public areas.
🌾• Guests with food allergies must apply to the reception and/or guest relations and fill out a food allergen notification form.
🔐• Please keep your valuables in safe box in your rooms. Otherwise, the hotel management does not accept any responsibility.
🎒• Guests are responsible for the supervision of their personal belongings. The hotel management does not accept any responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings of our guests.
🚗• The hotel management does not accept responsibility in case of theft of personal belongings left in the vehicles.
🚬• Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and other closed areas of the hotel.
🛠️• The guest who damaged the hotel and room fixtures will be charged for the damaged items.
🔇• It is forbidden to make noise in the hotel and in the rooms, to listen loud music or watch TV in a way that disturbs other guests.
👶• Children should never be left alone on the balcony and should not be allowed to climb the furniture in the room and the tables and chairs on the balcony.
• Parents must accompany the children at the stairs, elevators, pools, etc.
🏊• Guests must follow the pool and slide rules.
⚠️• Children should not be allowed to run in areas where there is a risk of slipping, such as around the pool.
🚪• Visitors are not allowed to enter the room or other areas of the hotel without informing the security and reception. In such cases, the visitor is taken out of the hotel and hotel usage fee is collected from the guest as much as the number of visitors.
🕛• Check-out is at 12:00 PM. You can apply for a late check-out at reception for a fee.
